How hard is it to cancel Dinnerly?
Dinnerly scores 70/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email.
Dinnerly AU subscribers can cancel their subscription online via Account Settings (Settings > Manage Subscription > Stop Subscription), or by calling 02 9056 7570 or emailing [email protected]. A 7-day notice period before the next scheduled delivery is required; orders already past their cutoff will still be charged and delivered. Pausing and skipping individual weeks are also available through account settings. Refunds or replacements for missing, damaged, or undelivered boxes must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
