How hard is it to cancel Dinnerly?
Dinnerly scores 71/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in_account, email.
Re-graded 2026-08-08 from the cited help article after two records disagreed by 7 points on identical evidence; both sat in the same band, so the spread was scoring noise rather than a real disagreement. Cancellation is self-serve with named controls: log in to your account, go to the Account tab, follow the prompts, then select Cancel account and Proceed. An on-screen confirmation appears and an email follows. Two exceptions are disclosed: a first order cannot be cancelled in-app and requires emailing the Customer Communications team directly, and if the next order cutoff has passed that order is already being processed, so cancelling the account will not stop that delivery. The clear gap is money: the cancellation article states no refund or proration terms at all.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
