How hard is it to cancel Deliveroo Plus?
Deliveroo Plus scores 71/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the UK — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.
Deliveroo Plus (UK) can be cancelled via the app or website under Account > Deliveroo Plus > My Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual); benefits continue until then. Fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period, within which a full refund is issued; pro-rata refunds apply only if Deliveroo terminates the subscription. A pause feature is available, freezing remaining days, though re-pausing is blocked for 30 days after resuming and accounts paused over three months may be auto-cancelled.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
