How hard is it to cancel DeepL Pro?

DeepL Pro subscriptions are cancelled entirely online through the user's account settings with no phone or email required. Cancellation must be submitted at least one day before the next billing date; the subscription remains active and access continues until the end of the current billing period with no proration. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a billing period once it has begun, though a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract start date entitles customers to a full refund (proportionally reduced if service was used during that window). There is no pause or freeze option.
