How hard is it to cancel Decktopus?

Decktopus offers self-serve cancellation from the in-account portal: click the profile icon, select Subscription from the sidebar, click Cancel Subscription under Subscription Settings, complete a short feedback form, then confirm on the redirected Stripe page. After cancellation the account shows a 'canceled' status with an expiration date, and the user keeps current-plan features until the next billing cycle. Per Decktopus' Terms, refunds are not offered after cancellation for either monthly or annual subscriptions.
