DAZN Italia subscribers on direct monthly or annual plans cancel online via Account > 'Il mio account' > 'Non voglio rinnovare' on dazn.com (a multi-step retention flow). There is no mandatory minimum notice period, but cancellation must be submitted before the next auto-renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. No refund is issued for the remaining paid period after the 14-day statutory withdrawal window (D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 52); if unused service was streamed, even the 14-day right may not apply. Subscribers via TIM, Sky, or Amazon must cancel through those respective operators' portals. Italy's D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo) governs the contract; no Germany-style mandatory one-click cancel button obligation applies in Italy.

  • Pause/freeze: available, Pause ('metti in pausa') available for monthly plans billed directly by DAZN (not annual, not third-party operator plans). Maximum pause duration is approximately 6 months (180 days). Activated via Account > 'Il mio account' > Subscription on the DAZN website.
  • Account/data deletion: Data deletion requests (right to erasure under GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003) can be submitted to DAZN's Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. DAZN acknowledges requests immediately and aims to fulfill within one calendar month, extendable by two further months for complex cases.
