Users must cancel at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month; no refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current cycle. Cancellation is blocked if there is an outstanding ExtraCash advance balance, the balance must be settled to $0 first. Deleting the app does not cancel the membership.
