DataCamp subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online via Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription; mobile app subscribers must cancel through the iOS or Android app store instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until then with no prorated refunds for unused time. DataCamp applies a strict no-refund policy across all individual plan types, including after auto-renewal, and all fees are explicitly stated as non-refundable in the Terms of Use. Monthly subscribers can pause for up to 3 months; annual plans cannot be paused mid-term.
