DataCamp subscriptions can be cancelled at any time online via Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription; mobile app subscribers must cancel through the iOS or Android app store instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then with no prorated refunds for unused time. DataCamp applies a strict no-refund policy across all individual plan types, including after auto-renewal, and all fees are explicitly stated as non-refundable in the Terms of Use. Monthly subscribers can pause for up to 3 months; annual plans cannot be paused mid-term.
