Personal plan subscribers can cancel anytime via the web app (Vault > Subscription > Cancel) if they paid by credit card, or directly through Google Play, Apple App Store, or PayPal if they paid via those platforms. Cancellation stops autorenewal; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period with no prorated credit. A full refund is available only if requested within 30 days of purchase and only for personal plans (not professional), initiated in-app immediately after cancellation and processed within 3-5 business days. No pause or freeze option is offered.
