CycleBar members may cancel at any time by visiting their online account page, contacting their local studio in person, or emailing [email protected]. Because studios are individually owned franchises, cancellation procedures, any notice requirements (commonly 30 days), and freeze options must be confirmed with the specific home studio. No refunds are issued for any unused portion of a membership period after cancellation. Membership access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
