Shopify users cancel by uninstalling the app (automatic subscription cancellation). Non-Shopify users cancel via Account > Billing tab > Cancel subscription, confirmed with password. A pause option is available for non-Shopify users, keeping all data intact. Canceling permanently removes all templates, designs, and personalization data. Subscription remains active through end of billing cycle. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation can also be initiated by emailing [email protected].
