Shopify users cancel by uninstalling the app (automatic subscription cancellation). Non-Shopify users cancel via Account > Billing tab > Cancel subscription, confirmed with password. A pause option is available for non-Shopify users, keeping all data intact. Canceling permanently removes all templates, designs, and personalization data. Subscription remains active through end of billing cycle. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation can also be initiated by emailing [email protected].

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
