Last reviewed 2026-06-16 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

You downgrade a Curve paid subscription in the Curve Wallet (My account > Downgrade subscription), or by contacting Curve if the in-app option is unavailable. Lower paid tiers (Pay X / Pro) have no minimum term and can be downgraded at any time, but pre-paid monthly fees are not refunded. The top tier (Pro+/formerly Metal) carries a minimum subscription period of 6 months (monthly) or 12 months (annual) and requires at least 1 month's advance notice before the end of that period; benefits continue to the end of the paid period and annual fees are non-refundable. Within a 14-day cooling-off period you can cancel for a refund, less physical-card delivery costs for card-bearing tiers and subject to cancellation fees on Pro/Pro+. Data deletion is governed by the privacy policy and limited by financial-services retention obligations.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
