How hard is it to cancel Curology?
Curology scores 77/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Curology subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Payment Information section in the user account at curology.com, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be submitted at least two business days before the next scheduled shipment; requests received after that cutoff take effect the following month with no cancellation fee. Subscription products are generally non-refundable once billed, but first-time subscribers have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee (covering the trial and first full order) provided they complete at least two provider check-ins and upload photos within that window. Non-prescription products may qualify for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
