How hard is it to cancel Crypto.com?
Crypto.com scores 69/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via in-app.
Crypto.com Level Up subscriptions can be cancelled at any time exclusively through the mobile app (Level Up > Manage Subscription > Cancel Plan); there is no online web portal or phone cancellation path. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (30-day or 365-day), and users retain all subscription perks until that date. Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days of purchase receive a full refund; monthly subscribers receive no prorated refund — access simply continues until the cycle ends. No pause or freeze option exists.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
