Crunchyroll members can cancel online via account Settings > Membership Info > Cancel Subscription, or through the app (iOS/Android); members who subscribed via Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roku, PlayStation, or YouTube must cancel through those respective platforms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with full premium access retained until then. Memberships are explicitly non-refundable; no prorated refunds are issued for unused time. A pause feature exists only for Google Play subscribers.
