Cronometer subscribers can cancel at any time via account settings on the web (select 'Do Not Auto-Renew') or through the iOS/Android platform subscription management screens; cancellations may also be requested by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no pro-rated refunds. A 7-day full-refund window applies at sign-up, but is voided if the user has accessed or used the service. Cronometer reserves the right to review refund requests case-by-case. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
