Cricket Wireless (prepaid, no contract) can be cancelled at any time by contacting customer service via phone (1-800-CRICKET / 611), online chat at cricketwireless.com/contactus, or by visiting a Cricket store, there is no self-serve online cancellation button in the account portal. No advance notice period is required; service ends when the account is cancelled. All service charges are non-refundable with no proration: any unused balance for the current billing cycle is forfeited upon cancellation. Account data and the assigned phone number are deleted/reassigned after cancellation.
