How hard is it to cancel CreatorBuddy?
CreatorBuddy scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
CreatorBuddy lets subscribers cancel self-serve at any time from the account Settings section. The official Terms of Service and the fulfillment/billing policy both state: 'You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings,' with the cancellation taking effect at the next billing cycle and access retained through the end of the current paid period ('Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further payments will be taken'). There is NO notice period required. Refunds: payments are explicitly non-refundable with no proration ('All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions are made for unused accounts, forgotten cancellations, or user inactivity'; fulfillment page: 'We offer no refunds'). The base subscription is $49/month, renewing automatically until cancelled. For any cancellation issues, support is reachable by email at [email protected]. If the subscription was purchased via a mobile app store (Apple/Google), it must be cancelled through that store rather than in-app. No pause/freeze feature and no documented account/data-deletion process exist in the published policies.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
