Direct Crave subscribers can cancel online anytime via Manage Account on crave.ca; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid billing cycle with no refund or proration. Third-party subscribers (Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon) must cancel through their respective platform; cable/TV provider subscribers must contact their provider. All subscription fees are non-refundable — access continues until the end of the billing period. Pausing a subscription is not available.
