Cove is a US migraine telehealth subscription (operated under Thirty Madison) that ships FDA-approved prescription medications on a recurring schedule. Members can cancel themselves by logging into the Cove account and going to the Treatment Plan section, or by filling out a cancellation form, calling (877) 456-2683 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST), or emailing [email protected]. A cancellation is not official until the member receives a confirmation email, and if the next refill date is within the next 24-48 hours the member is told to call to ensure the request is processed before the refill order ships. Medication purchases are final: Cove cannot accept returns or issue refunds on medication due to consumer-safety regulations, and consultation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered. Data deletion is available under the Thirty Madison Consumer State Privacy Notice via the same phone/email contacts.
