How hard is it to cancel Coursera?

Coursera subscriptions can be cancelled online via the 'My Purchases > Subscriptions' page or through the mobile app (Settings > My Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with full access retained until then. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law; annual Coursera Plus plans have a 14-day refund window from first payment. EU/UK users have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from contract commencement.

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is mentioned in Coursera's Terms of Use or help documentation; cancellation ends access at the billing period end.
• Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account via Settings > scroll to delete option (self-serve), or email [email protected]. Deletion removes learner profile, course history, and certificates — certificates cannot be reissued after deletion. Some users enrolled in for-credit degree/certificate programs cannot delete their account.
