For mobile contracts without a minimum term the notice period is two weeks to month-end; for 24-month contracts it is one month before the contract end date; for internet/homespot products with a 24-month term it is three months before the end date. Prepaid cards carry no notice requirement and any remaining balance is refunded automatically within 6–7 business days (starter credit excluded). No refund or proration terms are explicitly published for postpaid contracts.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
