Confluence subscriptions are cancelled online via admin.atlassian.com/billing — admins go to Subscriptions > Manage > Deactivate. Cancellation takes effect 15 days after the end of the current billing period (not immediately). No refunds are offered for cancellations mid-cycle; refunds are only available for initial purchases within the first paid month (monthly plans) or within 30 days of first purchase (annual plans); renewals and upgrades are non-refundable. Enterprise plan customers must contact [email protected] to cancel.
