There is no refund for any pre-paid Service except under the stated exception. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if the customer has generated less than 10 minutes of video and is not on an Enterprise Plan; partial refunds after day 14 with under 10 minutes generated may be granted at discretion. EU/UK consumers retain a 14-day withdrawal right.
