How hard is it to cancel CoinTracker?

CoinTracker subscriptions (Base, Prime, Ultra) are annual and auto-renewing; users can cancel at any time online via Account > Subscription plans > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription, or via the mobile app, with access continuing through the end of the current billing cycle. A 30-day refund is available for current plans provided no tax forms or capital gains CSV files have been downloaded; refund requests must be submitted through the in-app chatbot (Chatoshi). Legacy Pro and Enthusiast plans are monthly and explicitly ineligible for refunds. No subscription pause option is offered.
