Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Coinbase One can be cancelled entirely self-serve via the app (Menu > Coinbase One > Manage > Cancel membership) or on the website (Coinbase One in nav > Manage > Cancel membership). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — access to benefits continues until then and no further charges are made. Coinbase does not offer refunds for annual plans; limited exceptions apply only if the member traded below $100 (Preferred/Premium) or $25 (Basic) in the current cycle and payment has cleared. A one-month pause option is also available.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
