Codewars Red subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via account settings online; access continues until the current billing period ends and no advance notice is required. Refund requests within 30 days of purchase qualify for a full refund; requests beyond 30 days are eligible only for a partial refund, and EU purchasers have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. No pause/freeze option is offered, and data deletion can be requested by emailing [email protected].
