How hard is it to cancel CodeSandbox?

CodeSandbox states that a subscription is linked to a workspace and that each workspace subscription must be cancelled individually, that it generally does not offer refunds except for EU or Turkey users who request within 14 days of initial purchase and have not used more than 50 credits, and that billing errors must be reported within 30 days of the first incorrect invoice.
