How hard is it to cancel Cline?

The Terms of Service document a self-serve exit: to cancel 'you must notify us before the start of the next Subscription Term by using the appropriate functionalities of the Service, including through the same method you used to sign up' - so a subscriber who signed up online cancels online in account settings - with [email protected] as an alternative. Access continues to the end of the paid term: 'You will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of the then-current Subscription Term.' Refunds are excluded, including for unused balance: 'you will not be entitled to receive any refund for any such cancellation, suspension, or termination, nor for any unused credits or unused time on your subscription', with discretionary exceptions on request to support.
