ClickHouse Cloud has no one-click self-serve cancel button. To stop charges you self-serve stop and delete your services in the console (services are billed by usage). To formally CLOSE the account you must: export data, stop/delete all services, remove all users except the requesting admin, ensure all charges are paid, then sign in and click the Help (question-mark) icon, choose 'Create case' under Support, set Severity 3 with subject 'Please close my ClickHouse account', and submit. ClickHouse confirms closure by email. Accounts with unpaid balances cannot be closed. No notice period, refund, or proration terms are documented. For data deletion, use the same support case with subject 'Please close my ClickHouse account and delete my personal data' — completed within 30 days and irreversible. PAYG cloud-marketplace subscriptions (AWS/GCP/Azure) are managed/cancelled through the respective marketplace; if a marketplace subscription is cancelled, billing falls back to the credit card on file.
