How hard is it to cancel clever fit?

clever fit (DE) provides an online Kündigungsbutton ('Verträge hier kündigen') on their website per §312k BGB, where members select their franchise studio and submit a cancellation form. Cancellation is also accepted by email or postal mail to the individual studio (not HQ), in text form with name and membership number. The notice period is 1 month for all contracts; after the minimum term (typically 12 months, options range 1–24 months) expires without notice, the contract extends indefinitely and then rolls monthly. No proration is mentioned; any stored credit balance is refunded to the member's bank account. As a franchise chain, cancellations must be sent to the specific home studio.
