How hard is it to cancel ClassPass?

ClassPass memberships can be cancelled online via account settings on the website or in the app (Profile > Account Settings > Membership > Cancel Membership); members subscribed through Apple or Google Play must cancel through those stores. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and ClassPass recommends submitting requests at least 48 hours before the renewal date. No cancellation fee is charged, but all unused credits — including rollover credits, top-up credits, and add-on packs — are forfeited immediately upon cancellation. ClassPass does not offer refunds for membership charges or credit purchases.
