CLASS101+ subscriptions are cancelled self-serve on the website or app via Log in > My Page > CLASS101+ Subscription Management > Cancel Subscription; this stops future billing while access continues to the end of the current period. A full refund is available if no content was used within 7 days of payment; otherwise prorated refunds apply.
