Circles.Life SG plans are no-contract (month-to-month) with a minimum term of 2 billing cycles; termination requests must be made by phone (+65 8808 6868, Mon–Sun 9am–6pm) before 12pm on the last day of a calendar month for the termination to take effect at the end of that same month. Requests submitted after 12pm on the last day of the month are pushed to the end of the following month. No refunds or proration are given for unused days as plans are pre-paid monthly; registration fees are also non-refundable. Number suspension (pause) is available at SGD $10.09/month for up to 12 months, scheduled from the start of the next calendar month.
