How hard is it to cancel Circle?
Circle scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Circle community plan owners can cancel online by navigating to the Manage Billing tab, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking 'End your subscription'; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For immediate deactivation, users must contact Circle support. Circle offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Business and Professional plans (monthly and annual); Circle Plus is excluded, and no refunds are issued after the 30-day window with no credits for unused time. Non-cancelable subscription plans require written notice at least 30 days before the term end. Community data is typically deleted 90 days after cancellation, with a data export available on request.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
