How hard is it to cancel Chuze Fitness?

Chuze Fitness members can cancel online via the member services portal (memberservices.chuzefitness.com), through the Chuze app, by visiting any club location in person, or by emailing [email protected]. A 10-day written notice prior to any monthly billing date is required to avoid future charges, and memberships must be in good standing at time of cancellation. Members cancelling within a 12-month commitment may owe a $58 early-termination fee. New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 5 business days of joining (buyer's remorse policy).

How to cancel Chuze Fitness

• Pause/freeze: available — Memberships may be frozen for a discounted monthly fee for up to 6 months per calendar year for any reason (no documentation required). Medical or military holds are also available with documentation; the annual fee is still charged during a paid freeze.
• Account/data deletion: Chuze Fitness offers a dedicated Privacy Request page for data deletion requests. Requests can also be sent to [email protected]. Chuze acknowledges receipt within 10 days and responds within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice). https://chuzefitness.com/privacy-request/
