Chuze Fitness members can cancel online via the member services portal (memberservices.chuzefitness.com), through the Chuze app, by visiting any club location in person, or by emailing [email protected]. A 10-day written notice prior to any monthly billing date is required to avoid future charges, and memberships must be in good standing at time of cancellation. Members cancelling within a 12-month commitment may owe a $58 early-termination fee. New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 5 business days of joining (buyer's remorse policy).
