How hard is it to cancel Christian Mingle?

Subscribers who signed up via the website or Android app can cancel online through Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription; a reason is required and a confirmation email is sent. iOS subscribers must cancel through their Apple App Store account, and Android subscribers through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Premium access continues until then and the account reverts to Basic. No refunds are issued for unused subscription time; the policy does not mention any prorated credit.
