Chewy Autoship can be cancelled at any time online via the Manage Autoship account portal or by calling customer service at 1-800-672-4399 (24/7). Customers must cancel before 12:00 AM the day preceding the scheduled ship date (a pre-shipment email is sent up to 72 hours prior) to avoid being charged for that cycle. Individual shipments can be skipped or rescheduled at any time without cancelling the subscription.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
