How hard is it to cancel Chefs Plate?

Chefs Plate (Canada) allows subscribers to cancel at any time with no minimum contract, via the website account dashboard by navigating to Plan Settings and selecting "Deactivate your Plan." Full cancellation is not available through the mobile app; customers must use a web browser or contact support by phone or email. Changes must be submitted by 11:59 PM local time, 4–5 days before the next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged for an upcoming box. Refunds for cancelled or problem orders are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support.
