Celebrity Fitness Malaysia (part of Evolution Wellness) cancellations are handled in person at the home club with the Sales & Service Manager, or via customer service email and phone (1300-222-348); there is no self-service online cancellation. One full calendar month's advance notice is required, with termination taking effect on the last day of the month following receipt of notice. Minimum terms are tier-dependent: Lifestyle 12 months, Lifestyle Plus 15-24 months, and Premier month-to-month with a minimum of 4 paying months; early termination is only allowed for documented medical incapacity or relocation 50+ km from any club, plus a departure fee of RM199/RM299/RM399 depending on months remaining. A 14-day comfort guarantee allows cancellation within 14 days of purchase, but monthly dues and start-up fees are not refunded (only unused PT sessions are). Membership can be frozen for 1-12 months for a monthly fee, with the freeze not counting toward the minimum term.
