How hard is it to cancel CBC Gem?

CBC Gem Premium can be cancelled online at gem.cbc.ca/account (select 'Cancel subscription') for direct credit-card subscribers, or through the relevant platform (Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon) for app-based subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so access continues until then. Auto-renewal must be disabled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends to avoid the next charge. No refund policy is stated in the official subscription conditions; partial-month refunds are not offered.
