How hard is it to cancel Causebox?
Causebox scores 71/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Causebox (rebranded Alltrue) allows quarterly and annual subscribers to cancel at any time before their next renewal date to prevent future charges; cancellation does not issue a refund and remaining boxes in the current term are still fulfilled. Members can cancel via the Subscriptions and Orders page in their online account or by emailing [email protected]. All purchases are final and nonrefundable; once a subscription renews, Causebox will not retroactively terminate or refund the renewal charge. A pause option (skip one box) is also available as an alternative to full cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
