How hard is it to cancel Captions?

Captions subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the app (Settings > Billing > Manage Plan > Cancel Subscription) or via the Stripe customer portal for web purchases; iOS and Android subscribers cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play respectively. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and users must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Monthly plans are explicitly non-refundable; access continues until the period ends. No pause feature is offered.
