Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

CapCut Pro subscriptions can be cancelled online through the CapCut account/subscription page on web or PC, through the mobile app, or via the Apple ID / Google Play account for platform-billed subscriptions; a customer support email fallback exists. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date; access to Pro features continues through the end of the current billing period. A full refund is available within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription start, but only if no Premium Services have been used at all; there is no proration for partial periods outside that window, and platform purchases (Apple/Google) must be refunded through those stores directly. No subscription pause or freeze option is offered.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
