How hard is it to cancel Capacities?
Capacities scores 86/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the DE — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Capacities supports fully self-serve cancellation in the app under the 'Subscription & Billing' settings, with no need to contact support. After cancelling you keep your Pro status until the current billing period expires and are not billed again, after which the account reverts to the previous/free plan. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off, and you are not charged more than 24 hours before the period expires. Subscriptions bought through the iOS App Store are processed and managed by Apple, over which Capacities Labs has no billing control. Capacities Labs is a Germany-based provider.

- Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause option; cancelling in the in-app Subscription & Billing settings stops future billing while status is kept until the current period expires.
- Refund policy: https://capacities.io/terms-and-conditions-en/
- Account/data deletion: Cancellation does not delete content; status is retained until the billing period ends, then the account reverts to the previous/free plan. App Store purchases are managed by Apple. https://docs.capacities.io/reference/subscriptions

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
