How hard is it to cancel Canal+?

Canal+ subscriptions are managed and cancelled (resiliation) from the myCANAL espace client under the Subscription / Mes actions section, or by phone or post. Traditional offers carry a 12 or 24-month commitment that auto-renews for 12-month periods, and during the commitment period cancellation is only allowed for a listed exceptional reason (e.g. moving, unjustified price rise, significant content removal); cancelling early otherwise leaves the remaining monthly payments due. Commitment-free (100% digital myCANAL) offers can be cancelled at any time from the client space. New remote subscriptions carry the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (droit de retractation). Personal data and erasure rights are covered by the Canal+ data-protection policy.
