How hard is it to cancel Calm?

Calm subscriptions are cancelled through the platform where they were purchased: calm.com (Settings > Manage Subscription), Apple App Store, or Google Play — all self-serve online with no phone or mail option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends to avoid a charge. Refunds are available within 30 days for purchases made on calm.com or Google Play; Apple purchases are refunded directly through Apple. No subscription pause or freeze feature is offered.
