Caliber subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Settings > My Subscription > Cancel on the member portal, by emailing [email protected], or through the App Store / Google Play for app-tier plans. Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the next renewal date; access to the coach and app continues through the end of the current billing period. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered if the member is not satisfied for any reason. No pause or freeze feature is available.
