How hard is it to cancel Caliber?

Caliber subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Settings > My Subscription > Cancel on the member portal, by emailing [email protected], or through the App Store / Google Play for app-tier plans. Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the next renewal date; access to the coach and app continues through the end of the current billing period. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered if the member is not satisfied for any reason. No pause or freeze feature is available.

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is documented. Members can only cancel or reactivate their subscription.
• Account/data deletion: Account deletion is available in-app via Menu > My Account > Delete Account (requires typing first name to confirm). Deleting the account does NOT cancel active subscriptions — subscriptions must be managed separately via the App Store or Google Play.
