How hard is it to cancel Calendly?

Cancellation is self-serve online: go to Admin Center > Billing > Change Plan > Upgrade/Downgrade and select the Free plan. The subscription downgrades at the end of the current billing cycle; paid features remain accessible until that date. Payments are explicitly stated as generally non-refundable per Calendly's Terms and Conditions, though the support team may review exceptional cases on request. No pause/freeze option exists; the only alternatives are the Free-plan downgrade or full account deletion.
