ByeDispute (Marc Lou's Stripe-chargeback-prevention tool) is a recurring, transaction-volume-tiered subscription ($69 / $119 / $219 per protected-transaction tier). Its disclosure is the thinnest in this set: there is NO published cancellation method, NO notice period, and NO refund policy anywhere on the site, and the Terms of Service contains no billing or termination section at all. The only consumer recourse is emailing [email protected]. Disputes are governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France (Terms effective 2023-10-17).
